Gentile Sara,innanzitutto ci spiace che non ci abbia dato la possibilità di capire cosa sia successo. In seguito alla sua risposta al nostro questionario le abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni per chiarire l'accaduto, purtroppo però non abbiamo ricevuto alcun riscontro. Riguardo alle lenzuola "piene di sangue", la cosa ci sembra molto improbabile e ci viene da chiederci come sia possibile che lei abbia dormito in un letto "pieno di sangue". Ad ogni modo, ammesso e concesso che abbia trovato delle macchie, se fosse venuta a dircelo avremmo provveduto sicuramente a risolvere la situazione, come avremmo provveduto a cambiare gli asciugamani se ce lo avesse chiesto. La nostra politica riguardo la biancheria è quella di effettuare il cambio ogni 3 giorni, salvaguardando l'ambiente, ma se ci viene richiesto, forniamo asciugamani puliti con molto piacere. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, ci spiace che non abbia gradito i nostri omaggi in camera, i biscottini e le bustine di thè e caffè sono una piccola premura che riserviamo ai nostri clienti, in quanto la colazione non era inclusa nella sua prenotazione. Ci teniamo a chiarire che la nostra reception è aperta dalle 9.30 alle 15.30 (come specificato sul nostro sito), per cui se fosse venuta in questo orario a esporci tutte queste problematiche saremmo stati felici di aituarla. Facciamo del nostro meglio per soddisfare i nostri ospiti; purtroppo per le lamentele che riceviamo dopo la partenza - anche se discutibili - a parte scusarci non possiamo fare molto Cordiali saluti, Andrea

Caro ospite, grazie per il commento. Stiamo costantemente migliorando i servizi offerti, anche e soprattutto seguendo i consigli dei nostri ospiti. Abbiamo approfittato della bassa stagione per imbiancare 4 delle 6 camere, mentre le altre 2 saranno terminate ad inizio anno. Per quanto riguarda l'accoglienza, al momento stiamo offrendo un welcome drink al check-in, se fatto durante gli orari di apertura della reception, oppure al mattino offriamo volentieri caffé e qualche snack. In camera si trova poi bollitore con bustine di thé, caffé, biscotti, ecc. Stiamo anche cambiando il mobilio di alcune camere, per cui spero che possa tornare a breve per vedere i miglioramenti. Estimado Sr. Yaya, Le agradecemos mucho por su comentario. Lamentamos mucho que no haya disfrutado su estancia con nostros. Nos parece muy raro que no haya habido servicio de limpieza en su habitación durante tres días, nosotros efectuamos el servicio de limpieza cada día, a no ser que el cliente nos diga expresamente que no lo desea. Tal vez usted se refiere al servicio de cambio de toallas, esto si lo efectuamos cada tres dias, por un tema de cuidado del medio ambiente, pero de todas formas si lo hubiera solicitado en la recepción las hubieramos cambiado. El impuesto al que se refiere es una tasa de la ciudad de Roma, en cualquier estructura pagaría lo mismo. De todos modos el precio no es por habitación sino por persona y es de 3.50 € por persona por noche, lamentablemente sobre eso no tenemos ningun poder. Esperamos haber aclarado sus inquietudes y esperamos poder volverla a ver. Distintos saludos, Andrea

Nous sommes désolés que vous n'avez pas apprécié votre séjour ici. Je suis vraiment navré si à un moment donné pendant votre séjour, le bruit des autres clients vous a dérangé. Nous avons plusieurs panneaux demandant à tout le monde d'être respectueux (surtout pendant la nuit et tôt le matin), mais malheureusement, pas tout le monde n'y prête pas attention. Dear Guest, we would like to give you our thanks for spending some time on your review. We are glad you liked the location of our guesthouse and the surrounding area. We apologise for the inconvenience you had due to the noise. Usually the 6th floor and a double glass window system ensure a calm and silent environment, but sometimes there is nothing we can do about other guests' unpleasant behaviour. Regarding the blanket, our new employed staff can make mistakes sometimes, but we will not make the same error again, many apologies. Regarding what you regarding our location, we remain a little surprised, because our location, within walking distance from Termini Station is a real strength of our establishment. In the station both metro lines connect our guesthouse to the most important points of interest of the city. But also on foot, you can reach the main touristic destinations of the city: Piazza della Repubblica, in just 5 minutes, the Colosseum in just 20 minute', the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain in 20 minutes and Piazza Navona in no more than half an hour. However we regret if at check in we did not give you sufficient information about how easy is to move on foot from Bon Ton Suite, and we will take inspiration from your review to re-train the front desk about it. Concerning your room, we are very sorry for what happened and it is unfortunate that you did not inform the front desk, we would have surely provide you with a better solution.
