We stayed at this property for 10 nights on our vacation to Rome. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff would greet us every morning and they were so kind. The room was fantastic, with more than enough room for my wife and I. I would highly recommend this property to anyone going to visit Rome, and would most definitely stay there again on our next trip.

Excellent staff and a very clean hotel. Rooms had everything we needed and the en-suite was a good size. Walkable to the Colosseum and Roman Forum, with a good selection of bars and cafes within 5 mins walk of the hotel.

Comfortable hotel in great location
Comfortable oasis in a great location. Our Doubletree stay was wonderful. The staff at reception were super helpful in providing a phone charger, calling taxis and offering advice on places to go. The rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. The bars in the hotel were quiet. There was traffic noise from the street but this was because location is so central. Breakfast was good- the hot food should be served at a higher temperature.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with freshly baked cookies and our luggage was taken to our room while we checked in. The room was as clean and perfectly appointed with everything we needed and daily stocked with new coffee and water. We had the breakfast included daily and it was worth it to pay a little extra for the confidence of walking downstairs and getting our meal before starting the day. The service was remarkable and everyone was friendly! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome as a great location to stay.

Ett mysigt hotel i centrala Rom
Ett mysigt hotel centralt beläget i Rom när centralstationen och gångavstånd till alla sevärdheter. Vi gillade frukosten med stort innehåll av färska grönsaker och frukt. Vi kommer att välja detta hotel nästa gång vi reser till Rom!

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, dienstleistungsorientiert und professionell. Kompliment. Das Hotel ist ausgezeichnet gelegen. Wie überall in Rom liegt auch vor dem Hotel Abfall. Das Hotel ist sauber und modern und eigentlich eine tolle Wahl. Ich empfehle jedoch auf das Frühstück (für Euro 18) zu verzichten. Da gibt es zweitklassige Ware, so wie in den Hotels in den USA (zB nur Toastbrot!!). Der Kaffee ist geschmacklos und kommt aus einer Kaffeemaschine. Besser Sie nehmen um die Ecke in einer Bar einen guten Kaffee mit Gebäck. Das kostet Sie einen Bruchteil schmeckt aber tausendmal besser.

역시 힐튼! 재방문 의사 1000%
힐튼 계열이어서 믿고 예약했는데 기대를 져버리지 않았습니다. 직원 태도나, 룸 컨디션 등 모두 정말 좋았습니다. 허니문이라고 사전에 말씀드렸더니, 방에 백조 모양 수건 & 풍선을 놔주셔서 감동했습니다♥ 그리고 정말 사소하지만, 고객이 오해하지 않도록 배려를 해준다는 느낌을 받은 일이 있었습니다. 조식을 먹으면서 비어있는 자리로 변경 요청을 했는데 직원이 생각을 하다가 가능하다고 했는데, 일부러 옮겨주지 않으려 했다 생각할 수 있어서인지.. 빈 자리가 맞는지 생각하고 있었다고 말씀하시더라구요. 굳이 아쉬운 점을 뽑자면 3박을 지낼 예정이어서, 고층을 요청했지만 1층(사실 상 2층) 배정을 받은 점입니다. 하지만 이부분은 객실 사정이나 종류에 따른 배정일 수 있기 때문에 용납 가능한 수준이라고 생각하고 있습니다. 로마에 방문하게 된다면 꼭 다시 들르고 싶습니다. 좋은 숙박 경험을 제공해주셔서 감사합니다~

The property is located within walkable distance from Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Loads of places for high end shopping and dine out. The hotel staff was really courteous and friendly, really clean hotel too.

I chose this hotel for its claim that it had the parking. The doorman told us that there was no parking and did not even offer assistance with our luggage. We found out that the hotel did have a garage. Confronted the doorman. He just shrugged his shoulders

It was a wonderful stay with a very friendly and helpful staff. The property is in the heart of city with everything so walkable. Good food and amenities. The hotel staff was outstanding, always eager to help and made our stay perfect and comfortable with a 2 year old. Strongly recommended.

Only stayed for one night on our way out from Rome. The property looks amazing and I wish we could have enjoyed more. I will say I wasn’t pleased with being booked on the 1st floor (of 7) and in an ADA room (not requested) when I had my reservation booked for 6 months in advance.

Amazing hotel! The staff is incredible from check-in until check-out! The rooms are spacious and everything is very modern. The hotel is located within a 15-minute walking distance for the most part and the Hop On Hop Off bus has a stop right up the street. The breakfast is a bit pricey, but they offered a wide selection of foods, coffees and even champagne! Would definitely recommend!
