I did not realize that this is an air b&b. The room is tiny and the shower is extremely tiny. You have to get out of the shower to turn around and get back into the shower. The breakfast provided is a bunch of pre packaged croissants and some bread. I wouldn't stay here again. The staff, Stefania is very good though.

Dear guest you do not realize that we are a B&B (not an airbnb that still did not exist when La Voliera started working) and rightly then you judge La Voliera according to the fact that you wanted a hotel. With the online systems existing today it is really very difficult to confuse a hotel with a B&B also because my friend the prices are very very different. And of course you didn't know, even if we warn all our guests before arrival, that breakfast in Rome can only be in single-dose and packaged products because the legislation says so. Simone Buratti

Stephanae the best host ever!!
Very clean apartments, Good Breakfast, Centrally located in Rome and good view of the Hills to summarise our stay at this place!! Stephanae was very warm and went the extra mile in providing us with all we needed during our stay and helped us with good info about Rome as well!

Pas de reception, se qui pose problème Lorsqu'on arrive tard. Ou en cas de demande de renseignement. A l'arrivée il faut payer l'eau et l'électricité. C'est bien la première fois qu'on me demande ca. Le petit dej (compris dans le prix)se fait dans la chambre avec des céréales du pain et de la confiture. Salle de bain et toilettes a partager avec le paliers d'à côté. Les serviettes de bain sont changés 1x dans le sejours

Un très bon rapport qualité/prix !!!!
Accueil très agréable, Stefania a été souriante et, sans être trop présente, régulièrement là pour répondre à nos éventuelles demandes, très serviable. La chambre est un peu loin du centre historique à pied, mais l'arrêt de bus Grimaldi est à 5 minutes, et permet de rallier le centre en 15-20 minutes. Les chambres sont propres, bien équipées, et l'accès à la cuisine est plutôt pratique, d'autant plus qu'il y a au moins deux supermarchés dans un rayon de 500 mètres. La terrasse est très appréciable.

Nice B&B well located and very friendly staff
The B&B is located just outside of Rome, well connected to the city by bus or tram. Zona is safe to walk. The room is provided with everything you need, comfortable bed, your own barhroom, AC, TV, terrace, kitchen (shared with next room), HD, iron. The staff is their best point because is vey kind and attentive, explaining everything you need to know

Perfect for families.
We were a family of 4, 2 Adults 2 kids. Stephania was super helpful. She stayed late,10pm, to check us in. The hotel made arrangements to have a private car pick us up at the airport(€60), and then another to return us. We left at 00:30, Stephania came to see us off and make sure we were up. The whole experience made us feel like we were staying with family. We highly recommend this B&B.

Polecam na krótki wypad do Rzymu
Miejce bardzo dobre na krótki wypad do Rzymu. Miejsce bardzo dobrze skomunikowane z centrum.Obsługa bardzo miła.Śniadanie typowo włoskie,czyli kruche ciasteczka,croissanty,dżem,suchary,krakersy. Leżą na stole w pokoju,codziennie są uzupełniane. We wspólnej kuchni dostępna kawa, herbata, mleko,jogurty,masło. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Miałam pokój 2 osobowy na 4 piętrze bez tarasu. Był tv bardzo dobre wi-fi. Mieszkanie wymaga odświeżenia (remontu),ale jest czysto i na krótki wypad nie jest to przeszkodą. Zameldowalam się ok 1 w nocy i za tak późne zsmeldowanie uiscilam opłatę 20€. Pokój codziennie sprzatany. Ogólnie polecam,bo mieszkanie znajduje się w sppkojnej dzielnicy,z której bez przesiadek jednym autobusem dojedzie się do Placu Weneckiego skąd już blisko do najważniejszych zabytków.Polecam.

Preiswerte Unterkunft in der Nähe von Rom
Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei getrennten Wohnungen und einer Küche, die gemeinsam benutzt werden kann. Stefania - das Zimmermädchen - spricht ein wenig Englisch. Sie stellt das Frühstück bereit und macht die Betten. Handtuchwechsel nicht jeden Tag. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, das Frühstück einfach. Aber zu dem Preis in Ordnung. Zur Innenstadt sind es ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Bus.

Stanza con tutti i comfort in zona ben servita
Il personale è molto disponibile, la stanza offre tutto quello che serve, dall'asciugacapelli alla cucina fornita di tutto ciò che occorre. L'appartamento è molto carino ma soprattutto ha una splendida terrazza da cui si vede tutta la zona che è ben servita dai mezzi pubblici e consente di raggiungere il centro in breve tempo. Assolutamente consigliato

Had a nice experience in la voliera, stayed here for a week. Bed was just a little hard for us, but it was oké. Room was smal but enough room for 2. Nice and clean!

Meget fin lille B&B ca. 5 km. fra Rom centrum. Meget tjekket omkring info, ankomst, dialog. Udførlig gennemgang af værelsets faciliteter. Imødekommenhed og venlighed. Præcise overholdelser af møde aftaler ved ankomst. Dejlig tagterrasse med en ok udsigt og dejlig luft midt i storbyen. Daglig opfyldning af små fornødenheder til morgenmad. Vi følte os velkomne, godt behandlet og klar til at nyde feriedagene.

Nice accommodation with kitchen facility
I was impressed with the excellent service from Stefania during our accomodation. She was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen facilities were very useful to us. I was also pleasantly impressed with Simone contacting us even before us visiting the place. I will recommend this place to anyone visiting historical Roma

Room was booked with 4 adults and charges shown for 4 adults but the owner asked for additional charges since it was a triple room. I see his logic but it should have shown me proper amount for 4 adults since my booking is for 4. This was misleading and for the increased price I could've booked some other options as well.

Lovely place and helpful owner
Was a nice room with our own bathroom and a sharing kitchen which was fine.The owner came to clean the room every day and left some basic breakfast stuff in the room ( croissants,biscuits, milk bread cofe in the kitchen). The owner is very nice and helpful.she explained us about the area shops buses anything necessary. The area is.not exactly in the centre but with one bus u can get straight to the Plaza Venezia. I have nothing really to complain for that price.

nous avions réservé trois lits (trois adultes homme) il n'y avait qu'un lit double, il a fallut négocier pour un second lit et payer un supplément de 30€, le wifi promis n'était pas là, l'immeuble est juste devant une voix férrée et les trains déboulent à partir de 5h, on ne dort plus, bref un b&b que je déconseille

Fun in Rome
Stay was good. 10 minute walk to the street car and the last stop was piazza venezia. Place was really clean. We has a studio apartment. I wish they cleaned the balcony the same way. Overall I would recommend the place. There was place to sleep 4 ppl.

Not what we thought
Owner was great, informative and responsive. Our bed was two singles pushed together, one was higher than the other. We could barely fit thru the shower door opening, we are not fat people. Breakfast is good if you like bread, it is prepackaged rolls and small pies with a small peach juice and small jellies. A small amount of cereal, milk and coffee are in the kitchen. All are shared with other guests. Our room was clean. We would not stay here again.

Nous avons été bien accueillis par Marco et la chambre était grande, propre et agréable, avec vue sur la terrasse fleurie.L'immeuble est assez calme mais loin des transports et il faut traverser une zone urbaine très moche pour y accéder.La petite cuisine est bien équipée et très pratique.Nous avons trouvé le rapport qualité/prix tout à fait honnête.

Заранее бронировали и проживали в этом отеле в апреле 2016г. Всё было очень даже замечательно. Удобный номер, телевизор, холодильник, санузел с душевой в номере, есть фен, кухня с отличной посудой, плитой, микроволновкой и автоматической кофеваркой .. Завтрак на каждый день. Внимательная и очень доброжелательная горничная Стефания нас встретила по приезду около 12 часов ночи и всё сразу объяснила и по проживанию, и то, как добраться до центра Рима от отеля по специально распечатанной карте. Причём, мы совершенно не знали итальянского языка, но всё было понятно. Добираться до центра Рима оказалось очень быстро и удобно, 6-7 минут пешком, и вы уже на остановке автобуса, ещё 10-15 минут и вы уже в центре. Супермаркет продуктовый был в нескольких шагах от отеля. В номере каждый день убирались, и раз в 3 дня меняли полотенца. Хороший интернет . Спасибо большое за всё! Замечательно провели неделю в Риме. Осмотрели все достопримечательности, исходили его вдоль и поперёк. Вечный город с вечной красотой .

Ho vissuto poco il b&b in quanto ho avuto da fare fino a tarda sera. Ma per quello di cui avevo bisogno era perfetto. Mi serviva un posto in quella zona e mi sono trovata benissimo. Mirko è stato gentilissimo e si è messo a disposizione per qualsiasi cosa. In camera c'era tutto il necessario per la colazione e per qualche pausa. E' una zona ben servita da mezzi pubblici e da supermercati e bar. Consigliato

B&B mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Wir (57, 18 und 16 J.) haben 5 Nächte in La Voliera verbracht und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Anreisebeschreibung des Vermieters hat uns zügig hingeführt, unser Betreuer war 10 Minuten nach dem Anruf vor Ort und hat uns das Nötige erzählt. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl. Einrichtung, Bad, Küche alles o.k. für den Preis. Küche und Terrasse werden mit der Nachbarwohnung geteilt. Das sehr freundliche Zimmermädchen kam jeden Tag und füllte die Frühstücksvorräte auf, machte die Betten und Dusche/WC. Einzige Kritikpunkte: Wir hätten uns die Möglichkeit eines täglichen Wechsels der Handtücher gewünscht (findet alle 3 Tage statt). Die Entfernung zur Busstation ist nicht so groß, wohl aber zur Bahnstation Trastevere oder zur Tram 8 - da kommen ordentliche Laufwege zusammen, aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt quasi in einer Ferienwohnung mit Service mitten in einem Wohngebiet mit römischem Alltag - mit einem für das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis akzeptablem Komfort. Empfehlenswert!

Interessant, da Privathaus, aber nicht so toll.
Das Appartement war sehr groß und geräumig. Allerdings teilweise dreckig und nicht gut ausgestattet. Der Kühlschrank war groß und die Vermieter sehr nett. Es gab bei Ankunft eine Stadtkarte und Erklärung, wo was zu finden ist. Das war sehr vorteilhaft. 4. Etage mit schönem Blick und super Terrasse. Alles aber ein wenig schmuddelig. Wir mussten ca. 20 Minuten bis zur nächsten Bahn-Haltestelle laufen. Umgebung nicht schön. Mit der S-Bahn dann nochmals ca. 12 Stationen bis zum Zentrum von Rom.

Il B & B si trova in una zona centrale di Roma a pochi passi dai mezzi di trasporto per visitare la città. Ci siamo trovati benissimo nel quartiere, persone tutte gentilissime, massima libertà di movimento. Ritornerò volentieri nello stesso B & B. Complimenti allo staff per la disponibilità.

Einfach, sauber und eine tolle Außenterasse
Das Zimmer war einfach, sauber aber mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Tägliche Reinigung und eine tolle große Außenterasse machten uns einen tollen Urlaub im Violera.
