Buena ubicación aunque un poco escondido, pero el desayuno aunque no estaba incluido estaba fatal y su internet no es bueno.

The staff were amazing and the place was well-cleaned. However, I just can't wrap my head around the 10 Euro late check-in fee. There is a front desk attendant throughout the night and there is no difference between checking in before or after 11pm. Also, the kitchen was stacked pretty poorly. No hot water kettle, no basic utensils.

The service in general is very pleasant, the place is just as they offer it. The area is good and very easy access to everything. Only if there is a problem with odors and hygiene with the people staying, if it becomes very unpleasant, should they do something and help make the stay comfortable.

This was definitely not a good hostel first of all the bathroom door didn't lock or fully close and secondly they have no ac, the bed that I was assigned was already a little messy, I don't even know if they made it or not. They try to charge you for the smallest things.

Booked this as a cheaper option; ended up being more expansive because they made us pay more in the same room (2 female, teenage travelers), even though we had the booking together. Our bathroom door didn't close, the shower was broken, the room was alright but there were definitely beg bugs in other rooms. Most staff were friendly, but they definitely squeeze all the money out of you that they can. We met great people in the hostel, and it's very close to the colosseum, but it wasn't worth it for me.

AC was not working! So hot in the room, and the wifi didn’t work in the room and also poorly everywhere else in the building. But the staff was amazing and super helpful.

My friend and I stayed for one night and booked the twin double bed. The room felt haunted gross in Erie the painting on the wall walls make it look like the entire place is stained and there is only one small window in the corner 9 feet above the ceiling. The beds felt dirty, the shower felt like there would be mold in there. Overall, not a great stay and they also only give you one towel, which is about the size of floormat. The one plus is the location it is very conveniently close to everything while being somewhat affordable. It also has a lot of good restaurants around it.

Zero noise control, people screaming and yelling from 2200-0500, pounding on doors, running around with zero staff intervention. Acknowledge it’s a hostel, however you would assume some level of accountability to allow people to actually sleep.

It's a nice place. I arrived late (4am) because my flight was delayed a lot, so they charged me 10 euros extra, tbh I don't know if this clause is written somewhere but I didn't know, and I was so tired that I payed without hesitation but it is an important fact to know. Bedrooms are nice. Bed's are not private (it's just a bunk bed, not like those "cabin beds" where you close your courtain), but they're good. I stayed in a 6 people bedroom and it was nice. Sharing bathroom with only 6 people was way better than sharing it with many more or with the whole floor like in other hostels. The hostel is 20 min walking from the colosseum, 30 from trevi, 45 to trastevere, 1 hr to the vatican. It is very centric but it is not in the historic center area so take that into account if you mind walking too much or if Trastevere or the Vatican are in your "must visit" list.

This place is perfectly mediocre at best. A lot of stuff is broken or totally missing. The shower head was totally busted in the room and the AC didn’t function. Super hot, almost impossible to sleep at night because of it. Oh and the wifi sucks, also the kitchen is super filthy and someone ate all the food I had stored in the fridge. Other than that it’s good, it’s super close to everything a tourist will want to see and the staff great. There’s also a chill garden area outside and a couple indoor lounges that have AC

Bra beläget Hostel. Vi - ett gift par 66/68 - hade eget rum/eget badrum. Trevlig lugn innergård för frukost. Allt mötte beskrivningen. Mycket prisvärt! Frukost - kaffe och croissant - börjar serveras först kl 9. Lite sent tyckte vi. Det var vår enda "anmärkning".
