Bait and switch! Although I booked this location and would have loved to stay her like the images, Sonder switched our unit to another location 15 minutes away. The unit was much smaller than whaybi booked with less amenities. It was so loud we were woken up every hour and the hot water didn't work! The interior was prison like, nothing like the photos.

Beautiful apt, perfect location
The location is amazing! Love the apartment and all was great except for the hot water pressure. I also had trouble with the door code but they were very helpful and got me a key right away.

The apartment has a lot going for it. My issues are the horrible interior stairs and the false claim that it is “brightly lit.” You need to know that this place isn’t accessible for all people and that the cheaply made stairs are very noisy.

Cold showers
Warm water did not work properly. Cold showers and sometimes in the middle of a shower the warm water would turn of. Codes did not work properly and had to re-entered many times for doors to open.

주변 소음이 좀 심해요
리모델링중이라 전반적으로 출입구나 계단등에서 먼지가 많이 날렸고, 그 먼지가 숙소 안으로도 들어왔음. 또 엘레베이터가 작동이 안될때도 있었고 주변 식당에서 사람들이 새벽까지 떠드는 소리때문에 잠자는데 방해가 되었음. 주변관광지까지 걸어서 20~30분에 갈수 있어 위치는 좋았음.

we really enjoyed the property. the location was excellent- gelato and restaraunts around every corner. easy 20 minute walk to colosseum, vatican, panthenon, trevi fountain, roam forum. not quiet! a lot of night life- didn't bother us but we are used to NYC. check in was a mess. the phone number listed to call on arrival, and the phone number posted on the door of the building are not working. luckily some other guests were staying in building and helped us. apparently you have to communicate with them on "what's app" - which i did not know and did not have app on phone. they were very prompt and helpful when you finally got to them. frustrating but in the end it all worked out. only other negative- no hot shower. tepid at best.

Automated check in and locks were wonderful!
It was the cleanest and simplest place we stayed. Centrally located in Trastevere and with good restaurants everywhere.

Great central location
Paid, for early check in but was not able to get in til 4 because cleaning people were still working. Place is great location for what we wanted and place was very clean. Plenty of room, kitchen was nice and bed was super comfortable!! Only bad thing was shower only had Luke warm water.

My Sonder apartment located in the neighborhood in Trastevere has modern features. It has a complete kitchen and supplies are provided for cooking, cleaning and making coffee. There is also a washer in the apartment The apartment is close to Ponte Sisto bridge (which is a pedestrian bridge only). From this location is an easy walk to Campo de Fiori or perhaps a 15-20 minute walk to St. Peter's Basilica. Trastevere is a cool neighborhood with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. If you're looking of an apartment, this is a good place to be.

Des appartements spacieux, en plein coeur de Rome, dans le quartier très vivant de Trastevere. Attention au bruit en revanches, le quartier est bruyant. Sonder est un groupe très professionnel, vous êtes accompagné par le service de conciergerie très high tech! On a adoré les deux salles de bain pour madame et monsieur. L'appartement est hyper confortable et bien équipé.

Loved the location! It couldn’t have been better. Right in the heart of trastevere overlooking great restaurants. The apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated. Spotlessly clean with comfortable bedding and linen. Having a washing machine was so convenient. I loved having our windows open and listening to the sound of people and great bands downstairs at Pimm’s. The proximity to so many great restaurants and piazzas and most of the attractions made it an ideal spot! The Sonder team was so helpful and in constant communication so check in and check out and specific information on how to find the place made everything so seamless and easy.
