We loved this place and would definitely stay here again. It had a nice comfortable bed, great lines, pillows. Everything was really clean. The guy out front was awesome and very helpful, the maid was also super. This place is close to everything. Very easy access to tons of stuff. Definitely recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this location for our first trip to Rome. Check-in was smooth and the host was very friendly. The location was close to many attractions and restaurants which made exploring easy. The host allowed us to leave our bags on the property for several hours after check out as our train did not leave until later in the afternoon which was much appreciated.

Great place!
We absolutely loved Maria!! What an asset to Xenia. She helped us so much during our 3 night stay. It was right in the center of everything and we walked to everything. I would definitely recommend this place.

One day in Rome before cruise.
Good location. With lots of restaurant around it was close to many attractions in Rome. The place we stayed was in an apartment with 4 or 5 rooms. Room is clean and neat. It has amenities same as a regular hotel. Complimentry breakfast was at a coffee shop next door. Breakfast was good. It was a nice experience. I would recommend it.

Great place to stay! Highly recommended.
We stayed here in September of 2019. The hotel is in a fantastic area - you can walk to all the sights and it’s also very close to what felt like about 500+ restaurants and bars. There might not be a front desk but I just WhatsApp with the host (there is fantastic WiFi in the room) and he would respond ASAP. I would 100% recommend this place.

The hotel was in an excellent position, with all major monuments/sites within 10 minutes walking distance. Rooms were very clean and the building was very nice.

Stay was great, location worked out great, walked to all major sites, cafes and restaurants just over the bridge was very convenient. Reception on arrival was timely and all involved were more than helpful. We would highly recommend this location, and would not hesitate to stay again.

Nous y avons passé 3 nuits. Tout a été parfait. La localisation est vraiment idéale, tout se fait à pied et le tram est dans la rue. Nous avons eu une chambre côté cour, très lumineuse (5eme étage avec ascenseur), bien équipée (grand lit double, clim réglable, oreillers et couette supplémentaires dans un placard, coffre fort, sèche cheveux, grande douche, grand placard de rangement... ). L'accueil à été agréable, les petits dejeuners sont bons avec des viennoiseries toutes fraîches, le capuccino est très bon. Nous avons pu y laisser nos bagages le jour du départ pour pouvoir faire une dernière visite avt de partir. C'est une petite maison d'hôtes de 4 chambres, l'ambiance est calme et intimiste. Les prioritaires sont présents le matin et disponible si besoin en les appelant ou message. Ils nous donnent les 1eres indications sur la ville à notre arrivée avec une carte qu'ils nous ont remis. Et merci beaucoup pour les chocolats de pâques posés sur le lit. C'est vraiment une jolie et sympathique attention.

Très bien situé, ce guest house très propre et confortable à tout pour plaire. Vous serez à distance de marche de la majorité des attractions principales. Le quartier très sympathique de Trastevere juste à côté est parfait pour souper. Campo di Fiori et le ghetto juif tout près offrent également des alternatives de repas intéressants. Cette propriété offre un excellent rapport qualité prix.
