"The hotel was a good facility, just a little older in comparison to others in the vicinity. However, the grounds were well lit and easy to maneuver. I felt very secure walking in the area and slept like a baby. The hotel staff was some of the most efficient and professional. Nice overall experience!"

"My only criticism about my room number was that the sink did not drain properly. It held water and took several hours for the water to drain out. So room 1020 needs to be fixed! On a positive note: the front desk staff was excellent; the food at the restaurant was amazing… If I lived locally, I would go there for a great Reuben sandwich and french fries every once in a while! Thank you for the complementary free beer with the sandwich, after a full day of traveling I appreciated it :-) even though the 4:30 AM Shuttle had already departed because it was full, the driver returned in a reasonable amount of time and still guide us to the airport by 5 AM! Bravo! Other than the sink that didn’t want to drain, the room was very comfortable, the bed was so inviting, and I would stay there again. All around it was a great choice.👍"

"We had a great experience during an unexpected overnight stay after our flight was delayed until the next morning. Despite the check-in line stretching out the door because so many flights were delayed and the surrounding airports were incredibly busy, Samantha was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, patient, and welcoming during both check-in and check-out, making a stressful travel situation much easier. The hotel was perfect for a quick overnight stay, and the complimentary airport shuttle to and from the airport was convenient and reliable. Thank you, Samantha, for your exceptional customer service!"
