"We came here for a small spontaneous trip. The room was comfortable, and clean. The TV didn’t work, and the shower water was cold. The tub is also extremely dangerous with how curved it is on the inside, but other than that it was great. The pool was well maintained, and parking was nice."

Same trash throughout our 3 days there. Staff not knowledgeable. Pillows are flat. Mold on trim beside tub. Faucet broken but still functional. Could see daylight with door closed due to an apparent break in at our room. Smells moldy/musty/old. Definitely needs major upgrades. Floors not bad but need refilled in...

"Our room was keep very clean and nice the whole time. Our maid on the 14th floor was so sweet and so meticulous about her job. We stay here 4 times a year and I will ask for her floor the next time! All of the staff are informational and willing to help anytime day or night!"
