"Nice location and staff, however very poor housekeeping, dust, shower wasn’t working properly, the toilet seat cracked and the reading light in kids room lose. On top of that surprise visit in our bedroom, someone managed to open our bedroom hotel while we were getting ready to go out!!!!"

"Room good, condition good, clean. Air conditioning not working, not cooling so room was hot and uncomfortable. Maid service was poor, didnt replenish items that had been used and even took empty box for vanity set out of the bin and put it back in place."

The staff were magnificent from check-in to checkout and they went over and above to ensure our stay was as near to perfect as possible. , The breakfast was wonderful and we also dined in the restaurant one evening and the good and service was first class. The room was spotlessly clean and front desk was very helpful. I would absolutely recommend. "
