"Very disappointing experience. My daughter almost slipped into the pool because the railing was loose, creating a serious safety hazard. We brought this to the hotel’s attention, but no refund or compensation was offered. There was also very limited seating by the pool, the hallways had a strong odor, and the location did not feel safe. Due to these concerns, we chose not to stay and left the property. I would not recommend this hotel."

"My family and I had a wonderful stay here! It was conveniently located close to LEGOLAND, which made our trip so much easier. The boys absolutely loved the pool, and the complimentary breakfast was surprisingly phenomenal with plenty of great options. The gym was perfect for me to do a bit of strength training.Every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We stayed two nights at this property, it is not a hotel at all, it is rooms for stay. The location is not in a great part of Middletown and looks nothing like the outside photo that is in the listing, and I was not comfortable leaving the property by myself. The first night we returned back, the front door to the building was wide open, we were scared to enter the building, and someone was parked in our designated space. I immediately contacted Expedia and they were not able to reach Norman....

"Beautiful Hotel and Casino but Happy Hour never happed. The bartenders at the 360 Bar were nonexistent. Asked at the other Bars and they said we cannot Honor that. We were disappointed."

"Did you ever want to experience what it would be like to stay at a bed in breakfast? Well this is the place to go! So quaint and cute! Located right in the heart of the town of Montgomery. Plenty of things to walk to and see in the area. Brianna the manager was wonderful. Very helpful and informative. The breakfast choices were delicious. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others."

"Room was booked to sleep four: queen bed and pull out sofa. But the sofa only slept one (small person). Staff was kind enough to get us a cot for the 4th person. The original sheets on the pull out sofa were ripped and stained. Staff were again helpful and hot new linens. We had to shuffle the sofa a bit to fit the cot in. Then I noticed trash/rubbish that had been missed during cleaning. Staff were by far the best part of the stay. And not every hotel can be shiny and new. But...

"Very nice rooms but it is an extended stay hotel and the room is not cleaned more than once a week. They will supply towels as needed. They did not explain this upon check in. There is no breakfast provided but coffee is available 24 hours. Most of the staff was very friendly."

"The pool not only didn’t have towels EVER… the lights are not on at night! It’s pitch black. When we asked for the lights to be turned on we were met with a nasty attitude from the staff. When we asked for towels for the pool they said to check the storage containers near the pool… the only thing in the container was spider webs and nasty other bugs! It’s a good thing no one hurt themselves in the dark parking lot pool!"

"Seems like every year they take away more and more. Had to look outside of the resort for most meals and even the kids activities were lacking. Had a great time but usually at resorts, we dont have to leave the property for accommodations"

"Can't say enough about Meghan the manager at the front desk ..this hotel is lucky to have her ..the hotel itself could use a good cleaning but Meghan went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable ..would stay here again if needed though the hotel needs major updates"
