"No breakfast available during the week. Room was dirty, mouldy shower/bath. Paint peeling off the ceiling. Curtains hanging off and no hooks to reattach. "Very run down not the cleanest very dusty no towels or toilet paper on arrival phoned reception these did arrive within 10 mins . Staff friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. food good. Need a complete overhaul hall new carpet s beds etc. we liked location tram at door and 50min walk to tower"
