"This hotel wasnt one that had previously come up in searches and i was intrigued by the high ratings when it did.
I booked it and it definitely lived up to the reviews. The room(s) were tidy, clean and more importantly comfortable.
We experienced a couple of minor plumbing issues during the stay which resolved very quickly and without issue.
The high standard of accommodation, location and fantastic staff mean that this hotel will be my first choice for any future New York trips.

"Room was very clean. Daily housekeeping provided. Front desk, housecleaning and front door staff were all very friendly and helpful. Really liked the 2nd floor hospitality suite. It was a great place to unwind after a day of sightseeing in NYC. Rooms were pretty small, but 2nd floor suite allowed for stretching out with more space. We could hear some street noise, during busy hours at night and morning, but not enough to prevent an enjoyable stay. Location was very convenient. Would stay...
