"Clean room. Staff excellent. Breakfast great. Near airport so shuttle to and from airport was terrific "

"Our room view was great. But our room was not taken care of properly. I didn't like the sound of the air conditioner, or the temperature control. We had to request toilet paper after 2 days, we also didn't have a trash can for 2 days and had to find a housekeeper to get one, and we had a problem with ordering food service because the phone didn't work 1 day. Beside these, we also ran out of shower soap the last 3 days, so we used ours and had to request water and sugar for our coffee. Additioally, we didn't like the way the pool water looked at times. It seemed to be cloudy to me. Staff was great though. "

"The only exception to excellent for the property, was the handle/knob for the shower was falling off and tricky to get working."

"Booked for an Ocean View Balcony upon arrival was told that they were sold out, and was given a room with the highway view overall the staff was nice and helpful, hopefully next time the maritime experience from the balcony view will be experienced"
