"First the smell was horrible. I’m not sure what it was but it wasn’t pleasant in the hall ways or in the room I was tempted to leave as others did but I used my OneCash and didn’t want to come out of pocket for a quick one night trip. "The was no communication between the front desk and housekeeping. We were initially given a room that wasn't cleaned. Once we were given another room, housekeeping was not notified. We were awoken the next morning by pounding on our door along with someone trying to get in. It was a male housekeeper. As a single woman, I was honestly scared at the time. Upon relating the situation with management, NOTHING was done or offered for service recovery. I will never go back."
