"Hayle is a great spot to base off to explore Cornwall. The provided parking was ideal and staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was with a weak WiFi at night, but i was at one end of the building. Overall, a great experience. "

"The hotel, staff, restaurant and location are excellent However the rooms facing the lane are extremely noisy... we were woken up at 7.30am by loud truck deliveries and garbage trucks... and late at night, the hotel staff would gather and talk loudly just below the hotel room windows. Also, the hotel has no parking, so you either have to be lucky and get a spot on the street in front of the hotel, or pay to park in the lot up the hill. "The room was spacious with very good facilities, such as dish washer, washing machine, cooking utensils. Staff were friendly and welcoming. However, room service was not provided during my 3-night stay that made the atmosphere a bit chaotic, especially the toilet hygiene. In addition, plants inside living room or dining room were dying without proper attention."

The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly from the check-in to our departure. The hotel was clean and modern with comfortable rooms. The breakfast was Plentiful and filling in a very welcoming dining area. A lovely stay with friendly and helpful staff. Will definately stay again. "
