I’m always concerned about quality and it was such a surprise see how warm and clean this hotel was, so much so that I’m making it a point to look for more Hyatt properties to stay in! Location is fantastic too! Right off of the square and a few blocks from Broadway if you’re catching a show!"

"There were a lot of mixed reviews i had read but we decided to give Paramount a shot. The location was great for all the craziness of Time Square which is what my teenagers wanted. Less than 2 blocks from the craziness. My teens were to go do some of their own adventuring while I went out. We had the bunk bed room and it was very basic, no tv or mini fridge. Mini fridge would have been helpful as we had leftovers that we just had to throw away. The building is old but that’s expected. It was like staying in a dorm room. It was cheap, all 4 of us had our own beds and we dont have any complaints for the location and price. I’ve definitely stayed in a lot worse. The hotel was pretty warm, the room was too warm even though the AC was running. My son actually ended up just sliding the whole window out haha and we slept like that and it was perfect. The lobby was pretty fun. The kids enjoyed listening to the live music. The water was hot, the beds were comfy enough, key cards needed for elevators so it was safe. Never felt unsafe while in NYC. We had a great time! We even ran into Daniel Radcliffe close by and saw the king of England. The whole time was a lot of fun. I would stay there again. Thanks Paramount. "

"This was the perfect spot for me to stay while I was solo traveling in NYC! My room was comfortable and had everything I needed, and was cleaned every day. The property is centrally located in Manhattan and 3 minutes away from the nearest subway station. It was pretty quiet considering and I never had to wait for a bathroom. The rooftop terrace was also beautiful, I couldn't believe what I got for such a great price. I will definitely be back on my next trip to NYC."
