"The setup was great. As I’m familiar with the area, it was a good value in comparison to hotels/motels in the area. The community is quiet. The unit is to the back of the house, with cameras for security. It’s not a 5 star hotel. But, it definitely served it’s purpose. The property is approximately 4 minutes to NJ Turnpike/Goethall’s Bridge. While the owner has a sense of humor with the posting, there are no amenities. It’s not waterfront, or beach accessible. "Excellent one-week stay. Quiet, dark at night, bright interior lights, excellent location and attentive staff. I would recommend a few minor improvements to the room (a multibed two-room apartment)--e.g., a bit more countertop in the bathroom to put toiletries; handles on kitchen cabinetry to make it easier to open and close drawers and cupboards; eco-toiletries in shower instead of little plastic bottles.
