"We stayed here because of the closeness to the airport. We missed our connection flight at Chicago O'Hare airport and were forced to spend the night in Chicago. The shuttle to the airport the next morning was a great perk. Check-in was quick. We were stranded without luggage and the free toothbrush and toothpaste were really appreciated. "

"To the gentleman working the front desk that got yelled at by a very upset customer, you handled it very professionally. Did great under pressure when everyone’s flight got canceled. Room was great, the got what I payed for. "

"The property has a great kitchen! I ate in the restaurant 2 different days, and the food could not be better prepared. I had my son's rehearsal dinner at the restaurant, with 38 people 15 from China, and they all raved at how good the food was. I would recommend this venue to anyone who wants to impress the other side of the marriage."
