"Check in was a breeze. Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Appreciated the free shuttle service to the airport. "

"Unlike other chains, Parking and Breakfast are still included in the room rate. A+ for that. Breakfast bar had eggs, sausage, potatoes and waffle makers along with the other cold food and fruit items. Staff was friendly. Far enough from airport that jet noise is hardly noticable. Room on the side (with view of Mt. Hood) had no street noise. Room fridge was even quite, but had no freezer section. "

"Beds were really comfortable everything was clean... but staff needs to work on communication we asked about the parking cause there's a gate and the guy said he didn't know about the parking so we paid $20 extra to get out of the building after already paying $40 for 2 nights.. and the maids messed up our room number took all of our belongings to the front desk cause they thought we was only staying one night but mistakes happen I would definitely stay here again if it wasn't $20 a night to...

"This place had unwashed sheets with stains and hair, not just one or two hairs, but multiple. The toilet flushed but would not stop without taking the lid off and adjusting the plunger thing. The room reeked. There were exposed wires near one of the plugs. The curtains had holes in them. The floors were dirty. I did not stay and instead requested a refund, and have been getting the runaround for the last two days."

"No elevator. Hallways are dirty. There’s one time I saw someone peed in the hallway and it took a long time to clean it. The bed is loud like it’s not well built. But the mattress is good. The pillows, I know it’s made of foam but foams from scratch like they just crumpled it together to fit in the pillow cases. The TV screen is broken. The staffs are friendly but cleanliness, location and other things are not recommendable to other guests."

"Worst place I’ve everr stayed in my entire life. Also nestled been treated with so much disrespect. Just to start off the manager wouldn’t let me check in cuz he thought I was a prosituite and tried to agree with me and say that I’ve stayed at his motel before. Ended getting an apology for that. But then he went on to say if I work the streets he would kick me out immediately. He likes to lurk in your window and see who’s in your place this place is ridiculous can’t have anyone at all over after...

"This property was clean and close to the airport. They have a shuttle that will pick you up and take you to and from the airport. It was right near a train as well that can help you get downtown. Their continental breakfast was also really delicious and their coffee was also delicious. Would definitely stay here again."
