"Perfect hotel for the purpose of our stay - visiting family. Good breakfast buffet, staff friendly and helpful. Room service avaliable ONLY when specifically requested at reception. We stayed for five nights and asked for fresh towels etc at reception after we realised that there is no room service provided. This is not a problem once you are aware of this. But mayybe a note in each room to let guests know about this could be helpful. Otherwise all good!"

"It was an ok staying, but doubt I will be staying here again. I arrived at 14:30, the check-in was only at 16:00, but I usually when arriving ask if I can already check-in. I was surprised because the room was ready, but they made me pay an extra 17€(70PLN) just to access the room earlier. This for me is very poor customer service. So will not use this hotel again."

"Our family really enjoyed the stay - the mini zoo, pool, playroom, playground and watching people horseback ride were all crowd pleasers with our 2 year old. The nearby fields provided deer sighting! The restaurant was overall very good but service at times slow."

My room was very quiet and offered plenty of space to relax and work comfortably — the only small downside was the shower, which felt a bit tight.
