"Hi, I stayed in your hotel last night and the room had no working air conditioning. The room was extremely hot and uncomfortable, and I attempted to contact the front desk multiple times with no response, despite being told it is staffed 24 hours. I booked this room expecting air conditioning as part of the stay. Given the conditions and lack of support, I’m requesting a partial refund or compensation. Please let me know how you can resolve this."

"For the price, it’s a decent hotel. Queen room is very small so if you have multiple suitcases, it could be an issue leaving them open on the floor. Walls are quite thin so you can hear a conversation on the other end. Perfect location and walking distance to plenty of areas and public transport options."

"The location is perfect for catching a baseball game. The room was clean, the staff is amazing and friendly. I appreciated that my room was ready early and the time I did wait they kept my bags so I could explore the city. When my room was ready I received a text, it was easy and efficient."

"We had a jr suite and it was fantastic. Will stay here again if attending the Civic center or Orpheum. Check in and Check out is a breeze. No parking at the hotel."
