Had a lovely holiday at the cottage. Everything was there that we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Host was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely return. We were also lucky enough to have good weather, following a very rainy summer so far.

Highly recommended!
We arrived to a warm welcome and homemade cakes which got our weekend off to a great start. Garden Cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay and breakfast on the patio looking towards Ross on Wye was a wonderful way to start our days. The walk to Ross on Wye takes between 20-30 minutes depending on your pace and has a few half way attractions, the historical Wilton Bridge and Wilton Castle, so the stroll seems to take no time at all. We look forward to visiting again and highly recommend a stay at here, 10/10 not only for the cottage itself, but also for Carol and her family at Benhall Farm.

3 night mini break to visit family
Lovely find! First visit and we will definitely be returning. Wonderful host, spacious accommodation, warm homely feel, very well equipped throughout, especially kitchenette area, owner thought of everything you need for an enjoyable comfortable stay, including cooker, hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, plenty of cooking pans, tea towels/dish cloths, washing up liquid, tableware, glassware etc. Nice patio area with super views to enjoy outside breakfast/dining was a bonus too. Lovely thoughtful extra was the personal welcome card, flowers and delicious plate of home made cakes! Plenty of OS maps & local area information provided, board games, reading books… very nice touches throughout. Would thoroughly recommend.
