"Friendly Staff and Clean Room!"

"The property needs a lot of work. Our sheets kept coming off the bed and they were on inside out. Not quite sure they fit the bed. The lights by the sink and mirror were not very bright. The tub drain was broken and looked gross. The sink drain looked gross and the number on the outside of our door kept falling off. I know they have only owned the property 6 months so I hope they are still trying to fix the place up. The lobby looked clean and new though. The staff was very friendly"

"Room clean, however had a weird smell . Bed comfortable and appreciated the nice blackout curtains that actually kept light out . Shower tub was very slippery , recommend placement of anti slip strips . Good breakfast buffet"

"Staff was super friendly and attentive. The bathroom shower had a few cracks in the base which made it appear dirty. The pool water was cold and water appeared to look green(ish). We weren't sure that the filter was working so we didn't use. The breakfast was good. Nice assortment of items to choose from."

"Room was disgusting wasn't clean sat on the couch the few hours we could stand it and left. Curtains full of unknown substances microwave dirty and bathroom looked and smelled like a male college shared bathroom.. bedsheets smelled like mildew"

"They were in the middle of a remodel of half of the wing of the hotel which if you know about up front is no deal killer , properties do need to be updated and maintained however none of that was disclosed before the booking. We stayed at this particular hotel because we have kids and they had an indoor pool, that we weren't able to use because it was broken. Staff was very professional and said they tried to contact us , but because we booked through 3rd party they were unable to reach us. ...

"We got in very late, but it was easy to find and we were able to park right in front. The night clerk was helpful and friendly. Checkout in the morning was quick and the new clerk was a sweetheart. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The only problem was that we got in late and wanted to sleep in, but in the morning the room cleaners were making noise; letting doors slam shut, talking too loud and banging around with their carts. This kept us from getting the sleep we needed. It...
