"Very dissatisfied. Placed in a top floor room that was so mechanically noisy the first night we didn’t sleep at all. Also the toilet refilled itself every 15 minutes because of a leak somewhere.
We were promptly moved the next day too a better room that was great the first night. The second night we were kept awake till past 3 am by a party next door that was loudly arguing and shouting. Complained to the desk who spoke to them, but it only helped for maybe an hour. Paper thin walls didn’t...

"Estábamos de aniversario y ni siquiera una felicitación. Al llegar no funcionaba un elevador entonces el acceso era una pérdida de tiempo estando de vacaciones. Tuvimos que pasar más de 40 minutos esperando para subir a la habitación porque dos elevadores estaban dañados, uno llegaba solo al piso 6 y el único que funcionaba demoraba demasiado ya que eran 31 pisos. Nos quejamos y el personal fue grosero y no hicieron nada.

"Facility fee even though there is no fridge available in the room so we cant store any food. Millenium next door the Premier staff is much better and helpful. (Hector!) They refunded out of courtesy. That means Millenium Broadway admitted that they are lack of courtesy and did nothing about it. Just stay at Hyatt or anywhere else nearby for similar price. This hotel is just good for location. Bit old."
