"Only trouble was that we checked in late and had to wake up the person to let us in."

"Our reservation didn't indicate that there was a $50 fee for possible damage that would be refunded to us after 2 to 3 business days. This is something that should have been upfront when I made the reservation. The desk clerk tried to explain but my husband was not happy with the fact that the corporation would be collecting interest on our money."

"We were heading home after several weeks of traveling and enjoyed the comfy room, helpful staff, and great breakfast!"

"Rob me of my money. Told me I didn’t have a booking but clearly still was charged since I’m able to write this review. Thieves!"

"Expedia rate for the room was much than the barre at the hôtel direct."

"Great concept and a very cool place to stay (especially if you have a train carriage). Whilst the carriage was great for a couple of nights, we struggled with the cooling - it was hot in there !"

"Staff were great and food was really good from the bistro. We only stayed one night, but the room was clean, bed was comfortable, and we were in walking distance of the river which we enjoyed."

"The room was large, clean, and comfortable bed. The girl at the front desk the morning and afternoon of Nov 1, 2026 had a great attitude and seems to enjoy her job which is great to see. She was very friendly and helpful."

"Nice stay, clean room, friendly staff"
