"Eclectic decor, tall ceilings, stocked kitchen, clean rooms and bathrooms, comfy beds, friendly staff, and lobby amenities (ping pong, pool table, table shuffle board) made for a comfortable and welcoming stay!!! We loved that Peet's Coffee moved into their lobby. Another great "perk." Parking can make the stay a little more expensive - $25 per night in a garage down the street or metered street parking (free from 6 pm - 8 am). But this is the case with most city hotels. "

"Great location, Ruby Falls and Rock city within 10-15 minutes drive, several restaurants and walmart within 5 minutes drive, many gas stations around, safe area, plenty of free parking, nice friendly and helpful staff, clean, quiet comfortable room, comfortable bed, nice breakfast, good amenities, clean bathroom, no hot water problem, Airconditioner/heater worked well. Will stay again."
