"Close to airport with a shuttle and breakfast that starts at 6am so we could eat and shuttle to airport to make our international 9am flight. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Tony asked if we wanted any special considerations in our room (view, quiet etc) and accommodated. Breakfast was good. Wide selection like other places we stayed in the area with excellent food. Coffee machine was best coffee we had in our ten day tour of the area! "

"We found the hotel easily. Super close to airport. Check in staff very friendly and efficient. Our room was spotless, comfortable and well equipped with free tea/coffee facilities, bottles of water etc. The shuttle bus was very frequent although we walked back to the airport because we had plenty of time and it only took 5 mins. "

"Stayed here a couple nights for the Christmas market in Geneva and Montreux. Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, offering recommendations for where to eat and getting around. Room was clean and a good size as well! Nice shuttle to and from the airport as well, very friendly driver. Would stay here again for sure! "

"Wonderful hotel, excellent and efficient staff in the traditional Swiss manner: calm, unfussy hospitality. Remarkable location, if you're lucky with the train to the airport it's half an hour door-to-door, with the lake 10 minutes walk and a real array of Geneva's cosmopolitan restaurants in less time than it takes to order!"

"Good standard of hotel opposite the main train station. I had a room on the top floor with a large balcony which got the sun all afternoon. Hotel is on a main road and tram way so can be a bit noisy with the windows open. Room itself was spacious , double bed was great and very comfortable, bathroom was only small but had a bath and shower which was fine. Staff I met were all friendly and spoke good English. Did not have the breakfast during my seven night stay as I felt it was too expensive at 18CHF a day, and there are plenty of food places across the road at the station including a Burger King. Also there is a tourist tax of 4.25 CHF per night. The lifts are only small and fit three people in I would say at a time . Rooms cleaned every day I would definitely stay here again if I could have the top floor room with balcony. "
