"Our family had an absolutely awesome experience at Origin Hotel in Atlanta, GA during our October 11–14 stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and valued. Tracy and the front desk staff provided exceptional customer service and made check-in pleasant and smooth. The downstairs restaurant offered delicious food and drinks, and the staff provided friendly, attentive service that made our dining experiences even more enjoyable. Jimmy was especially amazing, delivering outstanding service and making us feel welcomed. The housekeeping staff also deserves recognition for keeping our accommodations clean, comfortable, and inviting. Every team member contributed to making our stay memorable through their friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Our only concern was the $55-per-day valet parking fee, which we felt was excessive and added a significant expense to our stay. While we greatly appreciated the outstanding hospitality, this fee was disappointing and took away from an otherwise excellent experience. We encourage management to reconsider the rate or offer more affordable parking options.
Overall, our family truly enjoyed our visit. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel at home! We look forward to returning and hope management will consider more reasonable parking rates to complement the hotel's exceptional guest experience. We highly recommend Origin Hotel to anyone visiting Atlanta!
