Peppard Common From the south, this is the triangular green that makes up the eastern part of Peppard Common nearest the village of Rotherfield Peppard. The B481 cuts across from the left in front of the buildings on the horizon. The white one is one of two pubs.

This is not a hotel - it is a room in a personal house. Despite showing private bathroom it isn't, cat food was stored in a broken wardrobe, there was no bedside table or lamp, and no fire door or smoke detector in room. Owner's kids loud downstairs - it is not a good set up.
