Given that information at the last minute (check in) it was impossible to get a different room for the necessary time frame on such short notice. This was a disappointment as Best Western was always a go to for a staycation. "

"The gym was under renovation and the pool looked cloudy. Plus no hot tub. The room was big and spacious with blackout shades which was a plus. But the renovation put a damper on our access to the gym. Breakfast was ok as well. "
