Had a pod room and a/c was turned off around 11pm, which meant the room got hot as there was zero ventilation. Could not sleep! It turns on at 6am. Toilets and showers hadn't been cleaned during my stay. Would not recommend a pod room. Staff are lovely and the reception area is open and ...
