"Admiral Fitzroy B&B is located within easy walking distance to Thames St shopping & the waterfront shops & restaurants. Room was large enough with a good sized bathroom & tub/shower. Staff were friendly and allowed an early check in & parking which helped a lot. Cookies at front desk were a nice treat. Breakfast was a good spread of fruit salad, Greek yogurt, bagels & breads, coffee & juices. A bit of noise during the night but had a great stay and would stay again."

"Stay was wonderful, clean, well decorated and exactly as described. The one comment, it does get loud due to street noise. If there is a way to insulate the outside noise from people walking late at night or the cars going by. I used my sound machine app and was fine"

"The property consists of two rental units but this fact is not obvious from the pictures on the website. We did not get the rooftop deck with a view of the harbor. That belongs to the other unit. The sewer pipes are enclosed in the paper-thin walls of the first floor bedroom of our unit so every time someone flushes the toilet, uses the sink, takes a shower, you can hear water flowing through the pipes followed by loud clanging sound. Along with the loud music, people talking, chairs scraping...
