"Terrible stay, the place smelt, the hot water and showers weren’t working, tried calling them 10 times but no one answered the phone or WhatsApp, they asked me to send a video of the showers which I did and confirmed that’s they could see in the video it wasn’t working and said they would send an engineer to fix it but no one turned up, said they would give compensation but nothing has been given and they are not responding to messages after now claiming the showers work fine with no proof"
