"Breakfast was good. Parking easy. Only issue was that there was a lack of hot water in the room. Barely warm at times."

"It was beautiful and very well taken care of. Didn’t like how pets weren’t allowed when other house had them otherwise it was great."

"The hotel was old and there is no access to an elevator without having to go behind the building and around through the outside to get to the elevator. When you're in the elevator it bangs and shakes and feels very unsafe. When we got to the second floor, there was caution tape all over the stairs and the balconies. The hotel is just really old."

"The room was clean and the AC worked great. The first room had a floor leak in the bathroom. I called the office and the front desk guy came almost immediately with a key for a different room. The second room was fine, except that the bathroom door wouldn't close and they were wedging it closed by putting a washcloth over the door. I chalked it up to this being a 2-star hotel. The breakfast was sorely lacking. There were bagels, wheat bread, and white bread, with butter, jam, and peanut butter....

"Bed matress was very hard. Sofa bed was even harder. Breakfast staff was not very friendly and served bananas all smashed and spoiled."

"Its motel quality....rooms smell musty and linens and bed were stained. Room was very small and AC worked, so thats a plus. "

"Only stayed 1 night was supposed to stay 3. Roach in room, overly filthy dust vents and urine noted on wall under sink. Attempted to check out Friday morning and front desk told me they couldn't check me out early. Showed her the pics. Still charged for the full 3 days. "

"I sat in the lobby trying to call the office for late check in for 30 minutes and could not get anyone to answer I ended up having to go to another hotel to get a room. I called the next morning to get a refund and was told “ I was working last night and didn’t get a single call” was told he needed to call his manger and would call me right back. I never got a call back or money back."

"Breakfast was great, happy hour not so much. However, there is Bar louie there, great spot, kind crowd, so that's where we ended up anyway. Great hotel. Clean space. Nice staff. Cool welcome gift of drinks and snacks after traveling. "
