Abigail i think is her name, who works night shift front desk, is probably the rudest, most unprofessional, and vile person we met during our 4 days in TX. Southern hospitality does not exist at this location. Not to mention for some reason the toilet wasnt flushing, so we thought it was clogged, asked her for a plunger and she said "someone must have it because it's not here", so I asked if they only had 1 plunger in the whole building and she hung up on me (calling in from my cell because the room phone wasnt working). Never ever again."
