"The staff were helpful. You have to pay 12 to 17 dollars to park for those who don’t know that and they are a cashless hotel. The restaurant located inside was superb. Don’t forget your ticket for breakfast which will be given to you during check-in because the breakfast is worth the early rise. The rooms are nice and worth a two night or longer stay, however I will suggest staying on a higher floor, possibly the ninth. Overall, our stay was pleasant and the hotel is in a convenient area."

"We stayed for 3 weeks while a family member was in icu at Baptist, the staff was super helpful during our stay and it was just minutes from the hospital which was very convenient."

"Surprised after arrival I was charged extra 82.00$ just in case of damage to room or in case I stole something. There was nothing to steal in that room no extra toilet paper or extra towels refund they said if the room had no damage when we left. Beds were good clean So I’m waiting for the refund to appear on my credit card. This total system of things is broken!! Sad for honest people who feel taken advantage of. 😂"
