"We stayed 2 nights in a suite. The room was delightful and we slept very well. Dinner both nights was outstanding and we wished we could have stayed longer to try out more of the menu ! Breakfast was freshly cooked each morning and also delicious. Would definitely return. "

"We were happy with the service received. The hotel was easy to find and slightly away from the hustle and bustle that you find closer to Bicester village shopping which was nice. The building is modern and clean, the carpark accommodates comfortably. The staff at the reception desk were smiley and pleasant to speak to, they also gave us a discount code for parking so it was £7 for 24 hours. "The bedrooms and halls probably needed to be refurbished 30 years ago. They certainly are long overdue a completely overhaul today. The bathroom was grimy and there was no excuse for not providing a single chair in the room. What was the point in providing even the tired dressing/table desk without one?"
