"We had a wonderful stay recently, spending 5 days at the Ritz-Carlton. Our Club room was spacious and stocked with all the comforts of home. Our cleaner made it impeccable on a daily basis. We also experienced such welcoming warmth by the staff in the Club Lounge with special shout outs to Olga and Fernando who gave exceptional service to me and my family.
