"They seriously ‘exceed the expectation’. From start to the end we had a fabulous experience. We have booked 2 rooms, and the whole experience, the small warm gestures such as ending our stay with a toy to my daughter, they warmth every time we entered the hotel, their genuine smiles and consistency was beyond what we expected. "Very nice hotel in a good location. Short walk to theatres, great restaurants, Rogers Centre and other Toronto attractions. Oscar Suite was very spacious.
What really stood out for us was the staff who were very friendly and attentive. From the bellmen to the front desk staff to the servers in Kost - they all seemed to go that extra mile! We really appreciated it. Special shout out to Totchie (front desk supervisor) and Rebekah (server in Kost)!!"
