"I missed having a coffee maker in the room. The reason was so "save on single use cups", however only single use cups were available in the Lobby coffee machine. I had to ask for a ceramic cup to use in the microwave. The hotel was a great location, but felt like a budget hotel with no "extras"."

"The property was in a quiet part of Victoria (about 30 mins from downtown/ wharf street). The suite felt separate, private, and had everything for a short term stay. The home made muffins left at our door in the mornings was an unexpected highlight."

"Overall, things were good, but I was disappointed by the staff member who attended to me; it spoiled the enjoyment of my birthday celebration which was the very reason I had gone there.
Fortunately, a Manager who was nearby stepped in to vouch for me, and I was able to get a room ."

"Rooms were classically comfortable. Bathroom heated floor and smart toilet were a step up. The room had a kettle for hot water with tea bags and minfridge with milk & cream. There was no coffee machine but coffee urn outside room before 9am was fine for early starters. Coffee urn for room could be ordered by calling the desk. Access to second storey rooms and 3rd floor loft rooms were only accessible via stairs (no elevator). Lounge and dining room were upscale."

We had a partial harbor view overlooking a park, the harbor, and the Johnson Street Bridge, along with plenty of windows offering beautiful city views. The balcony sliders opened on both sides, and the combination...
