"フロントスタッフの方々とベルマンの方々がとても感じが良く親切め安心できました。 またプールのスタッフも日差しによって席を移動させてくれたり、フレンドリーで気を遣っていただき感激です。となりのハレクラニの方がラグジュアリーなのに、ハレプナの方がスタッフの対応はよかった気がします。また泊まりたいと思いました。　ドライヤーの接触が悪くカードから火花がでてたので、清掃時に確認するなどしていただきたいです。ウォーターサーバは各階に欲しかったです。置かないのであれば毎日お水のペットボトルの補充はしてある方が親切だと思いました。"

"This is our favorite place to stay in Waikiki. We come to surf and it's always been easy to store our surfboards, but this visit, the surfboard racks were gone. They had moved the surfboard storage to a room, so the bell desk people had to open it for us when we left, and open it again when we returned with our boards. It just wasn't as convenient and the bell desk personnel had to come twice (before we could lock them up ourselves). The 2 restaurants (Duke's and Hula Grill) are great, the staff...
