A really good stay!! The property is in a prime location to all amenities, staff were very pleasant and helpful. For a 3 star hotel it was above and beyond what we expected. We would certainly stay again if visiting the area.😉

Executive rooms are spacious and the hotel has a premium bed & breakfast energy. No fridges in the rooms but otherwise great.

Nice and friendly staff throughout the hotel.Clean room which was nicely aired, washroom clean with plenty of hot water. Safe and secure off street parking within the hotel grounds, which was a deciding factor booking this hotel along with the hotels location. Breakfast facilities were clean and well stocked, breakfast service was very well served with friendly and efficient staff.

The room was lovely with a really nice en suite shower. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was tasty. There was adequate parking availablewhich was payable at the hotel. The carpets were very worn, especially on the stairs but everywhere was clean.

We wanted a hotel in Leamington with parking. There is a food court close by for meals other than breakfast. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was very good.

The toilet in the room wasn’t completely clean which was disappointing and the room was very hot overnight. The staff were polite and helpful and the breakfast was of a good standard. Just about managed to get a parking space which was useful.
