"It was a good stay. Comfortable beds quiet environment. The room did have a smell and there was a dusty smell when the air conditioner came on. The bathroom could have been updated a bit. Overall it was a good comfortable stay. A lot of places near by and close to downtown."

"Beds were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was disappointingly dirty. We went and got our own cleaning supplies for the bathroom. They had placed a "wet floor" sign as you could see there was a spill, but it was never cleaned up., we could see and smell the spill the following day. The hot tub had only 2 operational jets. The water seemed clean. The breakfast buffet was another disappointment. Runny eggs, (of course) the cereal I wanted, dispenser was not working. Four different juices were...

"First off front desk person tried to help make things right as did the asst mgr. But…
Our first room had mold stained shower and the toilet broke. They moved us to another room. It was ok but the bathroom showers need to all be replaced. The floors were dirty and evidenced by my bare feet every time I took a shower - black tracks on the shower floor mat. The breakfast help did not address the most urgent needs first which was “no coffee.” We waited at least 45 minutes for it. We had coffee...

"Room was quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very kind and helpful.
Hot tub was warm but not functioning well - the few jets that worked would bubble for a few seconds and then quit, then start again and quit.
I would definitely stay there again."

"We loved this hotel. It is very conveniently located on the Riverwalk with lots of dining options nearby. We had breakfast at the hotel one morning and at the sister hotel across the river one morning, but were great. The property is clean, beautiful and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we return to San Antonio."
