"Access was easy, room clean and as described. Only drawback was my room was roadside and was affected by the traffic noise. Could triple glazing be used to avoid any noise?"

"The key was missing from the key safe and having phoned the owner it turned out that a member of staff had walked off with the keys. Also no shower gel. With the kitchen being the other side of a vary thin wall i was awaken around 6am by noise in the communal kitchen."

I then received a text message to tell me they could not accommodate my booking and to cancel. "When i arrived i was sent the code to the key safe to get the keys. When I opened it there was no key in the safe. Having phoned the contact number and cutting a long story short a member of staff had gone off with the keys in his pocket. Also there was no shower gel in the shower. The kitchen is communal and the walls are not thick and I was awaken by the sound of cups being knocked together at approximately 6 am."

"It was extremely disappointing to discover that the photos on the website did not reflect the reality of the property. Upon arrival, the house looked nothing like what was advertised. I had booked a room for two people, but the space was far too small to comfortably accommodate us. On top of that, the entire house was unclean, which made the stay even more unpleasant. On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves. The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area.
