"Upon arrival I was greeted by who I now know was a manager. Check in was smooth.. I returned to my car to gather the rest of my party which was a 10 month old baby and my husband. We entered through the side door which is supposed to be key access only , but the door was unlocked so anyone could come in. We got onto the elevator along with another guest. We were assigned a room on the second floor. As the elevator begins to move and stop on the second floor it becomes stuck and we were left staring at a beige elevator door (this was not the elevator door but the floor door ) the staff moved swiftly to get us out (stuck for all of 5 minutes). After getting off we are now on our floor which reeked of cigarettes (this is a non smoking hotel ). Upon entering our room , we can see cracks and holes in the wall and the linen is stained with what I’m guessing is blood. The room was so uncomfortable and nasty that at this point I rather take the drive home. I checked in and out within the same hour !!! I would not return and would not recommend. The manager who checked me in and out left me in the system as if I completed my stay. Another staff member issued me a refund. "

"Amazing time…. Beautiful building…. Single knock on anything is it’s an older building so lacks automatic doors and things of that sort. But staff was friendly and courteous, dinner and breakfast provided great choices. Would come back."

"Stay was nice only Complaint is cleanliness of the bathroom was lacking hair in corner , front of sink dirty ,shower glass dirty and wall above trash and food on wall "

"We were in a two floor room and it was spacious but it was not well kept. The furniture had stains and the floor did as well. The pull out mattress was awfully dirty and I couldn’t let my children sleep on it. I asked for extra sheets and pillows and they just gave us sheets. The hallways were dirty and the lighting in the room had bugs in it. I would definitely not stay here again despite the very sweet staff and good location. "

"TV not working properly during our stay and no maintenance was working on site overnight so no one could fix it. Staff was not very pleasant about us having a dog, even though the place is “pet-friendly.” Bathroom floor was very sticky. We have a crawling baby so I notice things like that. Overall not worth the large price tag."

"Staff were unbelievably friendly and made us feel welcome. Valet and bell hop service were fantastic. This is a great spot to stay, no question. We will be back."

"Breakfast was great, drink card & appetizers are a plus! I am upset booked the hotel for the pool area, and since there were so many parties taking the pool up back to back. We were only able to get a 45 min time slot for the entire night at 8pm! Other than that everything else was great as usual. "
