"Was such a poor experience we decided not to stay there when we arrived back in Manchester as originally planned. We drove back to Glasgow arriving home at 5AM rather than stay. I think that says it all"

The rooms were clean but fairly basically kitted out and for the luxury market they are aiming for they are slightly missing the beat. The service was ok but a little slow or not quite on the ball.
