"Mijn 2de keer dat ik heb een overnachting geboekt hier. Mooi schoon kamers. Geweldig pub met lokaal bieren. Geweldig eigenaar en medewerkers. Heel vriendelijke lokale mensen en 5 minuten lopen van het stad centrum. Engels ontbijt van de hoogste niveau voor 9 1/2 pond. Mooi beer garden en gratis parkeren voor gasten. Top top locatie en niet duur."

Be prepared to carry your bags up and down stairs as there is no lift (two staff members offered to carry them for us, which we declined but appreciated). "Good location, quiet and ideal for a base for Birmingham. Good restaurant and bar, with a nice room. Our stay coincided with a heatwave and unfortunately a lack of aircon in the room but would only be a downside because of extreme heat that week."
