"The location is great and the accommodations very comfortable. We stayed on the top floor, and found the stairs to be a bit much, especially with luggage. We would definitely stay again, but not on the top floor. The breakfast is excellent, and the pool and surrounding area very pleasant. The staff was helpful, and the place in general is great. Parking is a challenge all over Sant Elm, as it was at Don Comilo. The AC was great. We would have perished without it!"

"The other reviews are spot on in all aspects regarding the location, facilities and high standard of cleanliness. When we booked this we noted a couple reviews that implied the staff could be unhelpful / unapproachable.
