"We stayed at Hacienda for the first time. We had a great stay! The property staff was great. the property only has 1 restaurant so on property dining is limited but close enough to other great local restaurants. The only draw back was the 2 cruise liners that came into the port and blocked our views for 2 days. Beach is accessible and great service available beach side. We will definitely return. "

"The staff are amazing truly the best part of our stay. The grounds and rooms are very clean. The hotel is close to downtown but very quiet. We enjoyed the ocean view from our patio as well as being 5 steps to the pool and hot tub. We stayef for 1 month so access to a bbq and the kitchen in our room made cooking meals convenient too. "

"This property is very clean and the staff is always buzzing around making sure all is squared away. Fernanda, at the front desk, was always pleasant and helpful, as were the other staff. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast always great and tasty while the drinks at the bar at night were expertly crafted and delicious. Hotel is located just a 5 min walk from Medano Beach and some great eats are within a few blocks walk. My partner and I were very happy with this hotel!"
