"Very friendly staff. Convenient location, easy access to downtown only 2 blocks away from the main area . Nicely decorated. Overall very much recommended."
"Really enjoyed our stay. Hotel is lovely and close to the town centre.
Staff very friendly and welcoming, especially Caroline.
Spa area was a bonus and very clean.
Would recommend."
"Wonderful staff and a great place to stay when you are in Colmar. The rooms were Spa quality and all air conditioned. Very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent with fresh squeezed orange juice and cappuccino. It was wonderful!"
"I liked the hotel because it was in the old town and close to all restaurants and attractions and the staff were very nice and friendly, always ready to help.
Also it was a very short walk from train stations.
Overall it was a great hotel."
"We stayed as a family with 2 kids. I was misled by the word ‘Spa’ in the name. There is no spa. These are cheaply renovated apartments. Very much low end. Luckily we only stayed 1 night."
"We stayed in a family room with the mezzanine floor (2 adults and 3 children) which was well appointed, comfortable and clean. Reception staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was a little limited in choice but nice quality and the service was again excellent.
The hotel is easily walkable to the beautiful old part of town where there are many choices for dining.
The only downsides - we didn’t know to reserve parking and it was full but we were lucky to get a free space outside....
